Stew Smith offers FREE training to
anyone, however our workouts start at 6:00am and are outdoors
on the B&A trail and at 0645 we go into the pool to swim.
We mix the swimming with more calisthenics to create a fast
and complete workout. This is great for anyone seeking
military, law enforcement, of fire fighter duties, but also
those seeking Special OPs training in SWAT or Military
training. These are not for beginners but are scalable
and we are a fun group who can help you. Besides - you
cannot beat the price! If we use the pool to swim, it does cost $5.00 to swim or you can get a swim pass and drop the price under $4.00. Call if you are interested in the FREE workouts at 0600 Mon-Wed-Fri at 410-271-0837 or email me at stew@stewsmith.com.
