Stew Smith offers FREE training to
anyone, however our workouts start at 0530am and are outdoors
on the B&A trail and at 0530 then at 0645, we go into the pool to swim (Mon
/ Wed).
We mix the swimming with more calisthenics to create a fast
and complete workout. This is great for anyone seeking
military, law enforcement, of fire fighter duties, but also
those seeking Special OPs training in SWAT or Military
training. These are not for beginners but are scalable
and we are a fun group who can help you. Besides - you
cannot beat the price!
Inform Stew of your intentions to join us and we will look for you.
Otherwise if you show up late, we always go NORTH on the trail and stop at the
pull-up bars by McKinsey Rd. We also DO A SWIM WORKOUT on Tuesday / Thursday at 0800
SATURDAY WORKOUT Depending on schedule we start at 0900 at U.S.
Naval Academy (Gate 8 parking lot) OR at 1300
at The Community Center in Severna
Park, MD (www.severnaparkcommunitycenter.com).
