Location:
We are located in Severna
Park, MD just 5 miles North of Annapolis Rt. 50 on Rt.2 (Ritchie Hwy).

I usually have one of two meeting places: The Severna Park High School or
the Severna Park Community Center
and we use
the Baltimore - Annapolis Trail for running and calisthenics workouts.
From North (Baltimore I-95) to
High School:
Take 695 or 895 toward
Annapolis or Glen Burnie. Merge onto
Hwy 97 South toward
Annapolis. Take the Benfield Rd exit toward
Severna Park. Go 5
miles until you see the SP High School - the road
will turn into Robinson Rd
in front of the high school. Turn into the
parking lot and park near
the track. Call me at 410-271-0837 if you
do not see
me.
From South / Washington DC:
Take 495 North toward
Baltimore and exit off of the Beltway at exit
19 (Hwy 50 East toward
Annapolis). Take 97 North toward Baltimore
and then the Benfield Rd
Exit toward Severna Park. (Same as above from
here)
