keep you motivated and moving! You can select if you want the
five days of weight
room workouts or the five days of calisthenics / cardio option or mix
both to fit your
schedule. These are beginner / intermediate levels of fitness
to
help you build a foundation. These are not personalized for an
individual but offer a method that works for the levels of fitness and
