Swimming, Running, and PTing!

In the course of three days a gentleman who wanted some special training spent 10 hours with me over the weekend and improved his SEAL PFT scores the following:

500yd swim - 10:05 3 days later - 8:35
1.5 mile run - 9:30 3 days later - 8:58
Pushups - 68 3 days later - 85
Situps - 90 3 days later - 101
Pullups - 18 3 days later - 20


This weekend does not have to be strictly for SEAL wanna-be's, it is just a good way to get in several hours of good exercise, technique training as well as nutritonal tips for weight loss or weight gain. There are no extra costs! You pay for the hours with me as if you were a local client who would buy an hour with me for $100.00. The only difference is that you may opt to buy 5, 10 or even 20 hours with me to be used in the course of 2,3, or even 5 days. It is up to you!

You can also split the cost with a buddy or training partner! Share a room at a local motel, split the costs of training with me as well! Not only will you get several hours of hard workouts designed for your level of fitness, but you will receive the best tips, technique training for swimming, running, taking PT tests and/or weight training.

To date, I have trained several men AND women to prepare for the FBI, hundreds of SEAL wanna-be's who are now Navy SEALs and several Marine RECON and Air Force PJ's. The training works and I can guarantee improvements in just about any physical fitness test.

The weekend or week training is ONLY by verbal appointment with me. Here are the specifics:
